A seaside garden at Winchelsea Beach. Here the client wanted a relaxed low maintenance garden in keeping with its surroundings and sheltered sitting areas out of the prevailing wind. Rustic wood and boulders were used and a sunken sitting area created with painted breeze blocks and stained railway sleepers. Planting adapted to salt laden windswept conditions echoed the very natural look of the garden. |
